1. Total amount per order to be paid at Zoenus

a. The total cost of payment on Zoenus includes:

• Item Price: The item’s price is listed next to the item.
• Shipping Fee: Shipping charges depend on your destination. Fees are described in Shipping And Delivery

We do not charge tax on any country or item.

International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.

3. When will the customer receive the refund?

• We will issue a refund for an order canceled by the buyer. Within 24 hours of purchase, if you change your mind about purchasing, please submit a cancellation request. After 24 hours, the order cannot be cancelled. Detail at https://zoenus.com/cancel-or-modify-order/
• We accept refunds for items returned in accordance with this Return And Refund.
