Return And Refund

I. RETURN

Muduin accepts returns due to: defective product, wrong product, damaged in transit, not the same as the product description on the website!
For products that are not defective, Muduin do not accept returns.

Return method:

Muduin encourage customers to return items by mail
– Please send email to us to the mailbox: contact@zoenus.com with subject “Return/Refund Request” and send us: order number + photos/videos of the problem on the product received.

– Muduin will review and provide return labels by mail. Customers need to download and print.

– Package the return product

– Send it to us at 85 Rose Ave, Chico, California 95928, United States. Recipient Name: Muduin Return

Return Items Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition.

The timeframe that Muduin accepts returns?

Our policy is 30 days from the date of delivery. Return requests need to be sent to us within the above time period.

Who is responsible for the return shipping fee?

Muduin will provide a prepaid label for any manufacturer defect, damage in transit, not matching the description on the website, wrong products.

Does the customer have to pay a restocking fee?

No cost.

Notify when Muduin receives the returned package?

Once we receive your return, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your return. Depending on your address, the time to receive the return product will be different.

II. REFUND

When will you receive your refund?
Once we receive the return product please allow 3-5 days business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund please allow 2-3 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded. Your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2-3 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@zoenus.com.

III. IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?

If the product is defective, please get in touch with us for better advice. Let us know as soon as possible.
