During the payment process, Zoenus uses Paypal payment gateway to ensure safety and convenience for customers.

Zoenus has 2 payment options for customers:

  • Debit/credit card: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover

Payment Confirmation

After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number and payment details.

If you do not receive this email within 1 hour, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, contact us at contact@zoenus.com for assistance.


Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails or is declined, please:

  • Verify your card details and billing information
  • Ensure sufficient funds are available
  • Try completing the payment again through PayPal

Refunds & Payment Adjustments

The refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 2–6 business days.
