Cancel or Modify Order

1. Order modify/cancel conditions

The customer always has the right to modify/cancel the order within 24 hours after the order is successfully placed.
Within 24 hours of purchase, if you change your mind about purchasing, please submit a cancellation request. After 24 hours from placing an order after placing an order, any request to cancel or change the order from the customer will not be accepted because the order has been locked for processing and sent to the carrier.

2. How to modify/cancel an order?
a. Prepare the required information: Order email, order number (Muduin sent in order confirmation letter), specific requirements about modify/cancel order.
b. Send request with above information to email: contact@zoenus.com with subject: [Modify/Cancel order + Order number]
3. Refunds for canceled/modified orders
Once we receive your request, we will respond with approval or denial within 1 business day. Refund time within 3 days of receiving email. The refund value corresponds to the canceled order value or the reduced order value of the modified order.
